As the principal engineer, Mr. Sparks, has extensive experience with educational facility design and modernization, light industrial and manufacturing facilities design, facilities used for aerospace & air traffic control, commercial kitchens and restaurant design. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Sparks worked for the Clark County School District Engineering Services Division. He received a B.S.M.E. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1994, and received a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1998. The recipient of many awards in engineering and certifications related to both the building and aerospace industries, Mr. Sparks continues to guide the company's technical development.

As the primary business administrator, Mrs. Sparks oversees the financial aspects of Sparks Engineering, LLC. She works with clients and all account holders and is in charge of invoicing, daily accounting, and participates in many non-engineering, project management tasks.

* Mechanical Engineer - minimum 5 years experience in HVAC and Plumbing design. Ideal candidate will have experience in residential commercial, medical, multi-family, high-rise, and industrial type of buildings. Must be Autocad proficient.
